Here’s what to expect after your first login. ## The onboarding checklist After your first login, Proquiro shows a checklist to help you get started. Each step is optional — you can skip any step and come back to it later from the dashboard. Complete Your Profile Add your name, role, and contact details. This helps your team identify you in assignments and notifications — so when a lead gets assigned, everyone knows who’s on it. ### 2\. Set Up Your Organisation Enter your company name and basic details. This creates your shared workspace where all team members collaborate on the same pipeline. **Tip:** Use your company’s official name here. It appears on reports and email notifications, so getting it right from the start saves you an edit later. ### 3\. Invite Team Members Add colleagues by email. They’ll receive an invitation to join your organisation, and you can assign roles during or after the invitation. The sooner your team is on board, the sooner you get a complete picture of pipeline activity. ### 4\. Create Your First Lead Add a land acquisition lead to see Proquiro in action. Enter the site location, area details, and any initial notes. This is the best way to get a feel for how the platform works — real data beats a demo every time. ## Resuming later The checklist appears on your dashboard until all steps are complete.
