This Privacy Policy explains how Quiro Tech Solutions collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the Proquiro website, request a demo, or otherwise interact with us about the Proquiro platform.

This page applies to our public website and related sales and support interactions. If you are a customer using the Proquiro application under a contract, additional terms (such as your MSA, order form, or data processing terms) may also apply.

Roles. Quiro Tech Solutions generally acts as the data controller (or equivalent) for website, marketing, and direct sales/support interactions. For certain data processed inside the hosted Proquiro application on behalf of business customers, Quiro Tech Solutions may act as a processor/service provider acting on customer instructions, subject to applicable contracts.

By accessing or using Proquiro, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. We collect information you choose to submit, including through our demo request form and contact channels.

• Name and work email address
• Company, role, and business context you provide
• Demo-request details such as how you heard about us and your message
• Information you share when emailing our team
• Customer content and operational data processed in the hosted application (for subscribed customers)
• Any other information you choose to provide to us

Information we collect automatically. When you use the site, we may collect technical and usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the experience.

• Device and browser information (such as IP address, browser type, and operating system)
• Usage data (for example pages visited, interactions, and page performance signals)
• Cookies, similar technologies, and browser storage used by site features (including checklist state saved in `localStorage` in our tools)

Security and anti-abuse data. To protect our demo request endpoint, we process anti-spam and rate-limit signals, including IP-based request events, validation checks, and duplicate-submission prevention signals.

For example, anti-abuse/rate-limit events for demo request protection may be retained for a limited period (currently up to 7 days in our site implementation), while demo request submissions may be retained longer for sales follow-up, recordkeeping, and duplicate-request prevention.

We may retain data longer where required or permitted by law, including for legal claims, accounting/tax requirements, security investigations, and dispute resolution.

• Google Vision API — OCR/document text extraction support for optional document ingestion pipelines (if enabled)

• Outputs are decision-support tools, not final determinations

AI training. We do not use personal data to train public AI models. Internal model improvement, if performed, uses anonymized or aggregated data.
