What we publish
Proquiro publishes free Tamil Nadu land-record lookups, calculators, directories, and practical due-diligence guidance. The tools are designed to make official information easier to retrieve and review. They do not replace the government record, a licensed survey, or an advocate's title opinion.
Proquiro is not a government website and is not affiliated with TNREGINET, Tamil Nadu eServices, Tamil Nilam, TNRERA, or any government department. The relevant government system remains the authoritative source whenever our display and the source differ.
Source and verification methodology
How we verify land-record tools

Start with the official system
We map each tool to the responsible government portal and link that source prominently on the page.

Check fields and record types
We test representative rural, natham, and urban paths where applicable, then compare identifiers and returned fields with the government response.

Separate records from interpretation
Official record data is identified as such. Checklists, red flags, and explanations are Proquiro guidance and are not represented as government or legal conclusions.

Recheck and correct
Pages display a verification date. We recheck source availability and workflows after material changes, and investigate correction reports sent to info@proquiro.com.
