Proquiro, provided by Quiro Tech Solutions, supplies software and digital reports. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There is no physical shipping or collection of products.
How delivery works
Software access is provided through your Proquiro account. Depending on the product, reports and record packages are made available in the app, as a download, or by email where that delivery method has been agreed for the purchase. Use the account and contact details associated with your order to access your purchase.
Delivery timing
Software access is enabled after successful payment confirmation and any required account setup. For a proforma-invoice purchase, activation or report delivery follows payment verification and the delivery terms agreed for that order; it may require manual processing.
Digital reports and record packages may require preparation or retrieval from source systems before they are ready. Follow the timing shown at purchase or in your written order. Village record packages typically take 2 hours, or up to 48 hours at peak load, as described in their purchase terms. You will be notified in-app when those records are ready to download. Preparation estimates depend on the product, data availability, and upstream services; they are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Delayed or failed delivery
If access has not been enabled, a download is unavailable, an agreed delivery email has not arrived, or the expected preparation time has passed, contact support@proquiro.com. Include your order or invoice reference, payment date, and the problem you encountered. Check the purchase's in-app status and, where delivery is by email, your spam folder. Support can investigate the payment and delivery status and advise on the next steps. Refund requests are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For a problem with a purchase or a refund request, follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Subscription plan changes follow the Terms of Service.
