Registration is jurisdictional. If your property sits in any of the villages under Krishnagiri Joint II, your sale deed must be presented at this SRO.
Filing at the wrong SRO will be refused. The same rule applies to gift deeds, mortgages, partition deeds, and any other instrument that requires registration under the Indian Registration Act.

A registerable sale deed, the title chain (parent documents going back 30 years where available), patta, chitta, latest property tax receipt, encumbrance certificate, ID proofs and passport-size photos of buyer and seller, PAN cards, and proof of paid stamp duty and registration fee.
