Registration is jurisdictional. If your property sits in any of the villages under Sathyamangalam_Dindivanam, your sale deed must be presented at this SRO.

A registerable sale deed, the title chain (parent documents going back 30 years where available), patta, chitta, latest property tax receipt, encumbrance certificate, ID proofs and passport-size photos of buyer and seller, PAN cards, and proof of paid stamp duty and registration fee.
