Your plan determines how many users and leads your workspace supports, along with which features are available. As your team grows or your needs change, switching plans is straightforward.
Viewing available plans
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Select Plans (or navigate directly to the Plans page from the billing section).
You’ll see all available Proquiro plans side by side with their included features and pricing.

Plan comparison details
Each plan displays:
- Number of users included — so you know if your team fits
- Monthly lead capacity — how many leads you can add per month before hitting the limit
- Feature access — Maps, Competitor Intelligence, Document generation, and more
- Current plan is highlighted with an active badge so you can see exactly where you stand
Tip: If you’re consistently hitting your monthly lead limit before the cycle resets, that’s a good sign it’s time to upgrade.
Upgrade your plan
- Go to Settings → Plans.
- Find the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Click Upgrade.
- Confirm billing details and complete payment.
Your new plan activates immediately. You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle — you only pay for what you use.
Downgrade your plan
- Go to Settings → Plans.
- Select the lower-tier plan.
- Click Downgrade and confirm.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your current plan’s features until then, so there’s no rush.
Tip: Before downgrading, check that your current team size fits within the lower plan’s seat limit. If it doesn’t, you’ll need to deactivate members first.
